Terms and Conditions for Sensory Van Use1. Eligibility: - The Sensory Van is available for use by organizations local to Shrewsbury only. - Use of the Sensory Van is subject to approval and at the discretion of the Little Rascals Foundation. - The van is available on designated days set by the Little Rascals Foundation.2. Supervision and Staffing: - The van must be used under the supervision of Little Rascals staff. - Children must be supervised by responsible adults from the requesting organization at all times during the use of the van.3. Liability and Responsibility: - The Little Rascals Foundation is not liable for any accidents, injuries, or damages resulting from improper use of the van or equipment, or from inadequate supervision by the organization using the van. - Any damage to the van or its equipment caused during its use by an organization will result in the organization being liable for the full cost of repairs or replacement. 4. Use of the Van: - All equipment within the van must be used as intended and with care. Any misuse of equipment is strictly prohibited.5. Booking and Availability: - Use of the Sensory Van must be requested through the official request form and approved by the Little Rascals Foundation. - Availability is limited to designated days, and bookings will be confirmed based on availability and the discretion of the Foundation.6. Conduct: - Organizations are expected to maintain a respectful and responsible environment within the van. - No food, drink, or sharp objects are allowed inside the Sensory Van. - Any inappropriate behaviour or misuse of the van may result in immediate termination of the session and may affect future use eligibility.7. Safety: - All users must follow the safety guidelines provided by the Little Rascals staff. - In case of any emergency, the organization’s designated supervisor must follow emergency procedures as outlined during the van orientation.8. Indemnification: - The organization agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Little Rascals Foundation, its staff, and volunteers from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of or in connection with the use of the Sensory Van.9. Compliance: - By submitting a request form and using the Sensory Van, the organization or indivdual agrees to comply with all the terms and conditions stated above. - Failure to comply with these terms and conditions may result in the denial of future requests for use of the Sensory Van.By using the Sensory Van, you acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions in full. The Little Rascals Foundation reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.

Little Rascals Disco Dome – Terms & Conditions of UseAge and SupervisionThe Disco Dome is strictly for use by children aged 4 to 11 years old.Children must be supervised at all times by a responsible adult.No adults or children under 4 years of age are permitted to enter the Disco Dome.Safety GuidelinesNo shoes, jewellery, or sharp objects may be worn inside the Disco Dome.No food, drink, or chewing gum is allowed in the Disco Dome.Rough play, pushing, climbing on walls, or somersaults are strictly prohibited.Only a safe number of children are permitted inside at one time as determined by staff. Overcrowding is not allowed.Children with medical conditions, injuries, or physical limitations should not use the Disco Dome without parental guidance and approval from staff.Flashing lights and music are used inside; please inform staff in advance of any sensory sensitivities or health concerns (e.g. epilepsy).Use & LiabilityThe Disco Dome must be used in accordance with staff instructions at all times.Little Rascals Foundation reserves the right to remove any child or group not following rules or engaging in unsafe behaviour.While every effort is made to ensure a safe environment, the Little Rascals Foundation accepts no liability for any injuries resulting from misuse or failure to follow the rules.Any damage caused due to misuse will be chargeable to the responsible party.Hygiene & CleanlinessThe Disco Dome is regularly cleaned and maintained. If the Dome is soiled during your session, please notify a member of staff immediately.
